LiFE and “My Dot Contribution” towards Environment

It has been observed that students take various chocolates, toffees, biscuits, chips etc. and leave the plastic wrappers in the open during Vidyalaya recess time. It can be seen scattered on ground, open fields, water outlets, etc. SUP Wrappers are spreading openly in the local environment, parks etc. Mostly in local drainage systems can be seen choked for water out flow by the SUP wrappers and SUP bottles etc.

Plastic Wrapper Initiative

To be aware and practice on LiFE! KV Namrup has initiated since 2022 SUP Wrappers Filled Bottle under the title of “My Dot Contribution”. Every student is asked to submit a SUP Wrappers Filled Bottle in the school on the special event day in 30-45 days. This makes students keep their SUP wrapper rather than throw it out even in the dust bins in the class.
